Terms & Conditions

1. About Easy Pay Split

Easy Pay Split (“EPS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a technology-enabled financing distribution and integration platform focused on Healthcare and Education. EPS connects eligible businesses, merchants and service providers with participating banks, NBFCs, fintechs and other financing or lending partners, as applicable.

EPS may facilitate merchant discovery, customer acquisition, financing enquiries, digital application journeys, information exchange, technology integration, application routing and related support services. The exact services available may vary by merchant, lending partner, product and applicable arrangement.

2. EPS Is Not the Lender

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product or service, EPS is not a bank, NBFC or lender and does not itself sanction, approve, underwrite or disburse financing. Financing facilities are offered by participating lending partners and are subject to their eligibility criteria, credit assessment, approval, documentation, pricing, fees, tenure and other applicable terms.

Submission of an enquiry or application through EPS does not guarantee approval, sanction, disbursement, a particular loan amount, interest rate, tenure or other financing outcome.

3. Definitions

  • “Website” means the EPS website and related digital pages, forms and interfaces operated by or for EPS.
  • “Merchant” means a business, institution, clinic, hospital, education provider, service provider or other organisation using or participating in EPS services.
  • “Customer” or “User” means a person who visits the Website, submits an enquiry, seeks financing information or otherwise uses EPS services.
  • “Lending Partner” means a participating bank, NBFC, fintech or other entity legally permitted to offer the relevant financing product.
  • “Financing” means any credit, loan, EMI, deferred-payment or other financing facility offered by a Lending Partner.
  • “Services” means the technology, distribution, integration, referral, application-routing and related services made available by EPS.

4. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when using EPS. You must not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or use false, misleading or fraudulent information. Where a Merchant submits information on behalf of a Customer, the Merchant must have appropriate authority and consent to do so.

5. Financing Applications and Credit Decisions

A financing application may require information and documents requested by the relevant Lending Partner. The Lending Partner may independently verify information, conduct credit and eligibility checks and request additional documents. EPS does not control the Lending Partner’s credit decision.

The final financing agreement, if any, is between the Customer and the relevant Lending Partner. Lending-partner terms prevail over general information displayed on the EPS Website.

6. Customer Consent and Communications

By submitting an enquiry or application, you may be contacted by EPS, the relevant Merchant and/or participating Lending Partners through permitted communication channels for purposes connected with the enquiry, application, verification, servicing or other authorised purposes. Where consent is required, it will be obtained through an appropriate consent mechanism.

7. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, service, pricing and customer information.
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate customer permissions and consents.
  • Use EPS tools only for lawful and authorised business purposes.
  • Avoid misleading statements about financing approval, rates, eligibility or outcomes.
  • Comply with applicable consumer-protection, advertising, data-protection and sector-specific requirements.

8. Fees and Commercial Arrangements

Any fees, commissions, integration charges or other commercial arrangements applicable to Merchants or Lending Partners will be governed by the relevant commercial agreement. Any financing charges payable by a Customer will be determined by the relevant Lending Partner and disclosed in the applicable financing documentation.

9. Healthcare and Education Services

EPS may facilitate financing in connection with healthcare or education-related services. EPS does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, academic advice or educational certification merely because financing is facilitated through the platform.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, applications, services or Lending Partners. EPS is not responsible for the independent content, policies, security or practices of third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with the EPS Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Where another party determines the purpose and means of processing, that party’s privacy notice and responsibilities may also apply.

14. Disclaimer

The Website and EPS services are provided subject to availability. EPS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, financing approval, specific financing terms, merchant revenue, customer conversion, or any particular commercial outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the Website or third-party financing services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution or regulatory process, courts at [CITY, STATE] shall have jurisdiction.

20. Grievance Redressal
